Who we are

Contract Hub is run by Wizards Design Crew Ltd, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZC262282.

Your account: your name, your email address, and records of when you sign in. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your name and email address.
Your Tenant's records: everything you and your team add to Contract Hub, such as companies, contracts, documents and deadlines. These can include identity and right-to-work documents about the people your Tenant works with.
Shared links and signatures: when someone opens a link your Tenant shares, or signs a document, we record their IP address and the time, as evidence of what happened.
Abuse protection: the IP address and email address used on the sign-up and sign-in forms, so we can limit how many emails are sent.

Amazon Web Services hosts Contract Hub, stores its data and documents, and sends its emails.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the sign-up and sign-in forms are used by a person. It sees your IP address and details of your browser.
Companies House is a data source: we look up public company records from its register.
